With a continued commitment to deliver an unrivalled post sales service, our professional C.A.R.L. support team are on hand to swiftly answer your queries on all aspects of the system whether by phone, email, fax or VNC. You can rest assured that help is only minutes away, every member of the team is put through intense training to become experts on the system prior to answering client calls.
As part of our ongoing consultation process we have extended our opening times to Mon–Fri from 9am to 6pm, and Saturday 9am to 1pm. The only exception is 9am to 10am on Tuesday mornings, when the team undertake the necessary system training to keep their fingers on the pulse of C.A.R.L. updates and changing lettings legislation.
Clients who take advantage of ongoing support are also entitled to automatic system updates, documents and help files and the licensing of additional users.
