C.A.R.L. - Working with the National Approved Letting Scheme
NALS is the National Approved Letting Scheme, a licensing scheme for lettings and management
agents operating in the private rented sector. It was launched to offer a single kitemark across
the sector for consumers to recognise and have confidence in using agents who displayed its logo.
The Scheme is open to agents whether they are part of a trade association or professional body or
not.
