Communications to provide various services, including total lettings support (legal, process,
analysis, accounts, etc) as well as lettings-related courses and document provision / review to all
clients of C.A.R.L. Lettings Support.

Most lettings-related support services, including those provided by various industry associations,
generally offer only legal support. The Advice Bureau (provided by the Letting
Advice Service) offers you much more than just support for legal issues. The Advice
Bureau support service covers (but is not limited to) the following:

- Please explain clause 1.8.5.4 in the AST, as the landlord has questioned it...
