Payment Options
There are various options to owning and using C.A.R.L., with several attractive purchase options.
Purchase Options
When purchasing the C.A.R.L. system, there are four tiers of purchase to consider: Lite,
Elite, Enterprise and Enterprise +. Each tier is designed to complement the
size of your company, with, for example, the Lite option catering for 1 to 2 users and the
Enterprise + catering for 11 or more users.
In addition to the tiers listed in the table, the Standard Package also provides
additional services available in the Bonus Pack. Each tier can provide a saving when the
Bonus Pack is purchased and the higher the tier, the bigger the saving.
As an added incentive, the system can be purchased interest free, over 12 months,
with an initial deposit of £499 (+ VAT).

Installation
Once you have purchased the system, one of our engineers will arrange to dial into your network
to install C.A.R.L. and configure it for optimum use. Your Installation + appointment
can often occur within a week after your fee has been received, so you can be up and running
in minimal time.
Initial Training
As part of the purchase cost of the system, you will receive three one hour training sessions
over the phone and linked to your system by a dedicated C.A.R.L. trainer. The initial hour will
be to set up the system with your personal parameters, such as you company details, fees,
documentation preferences, etc. Following this, two separate hours are booked where you will be
given introductory training to get you up and running with the database.
Recommended Additional Training
We provide a professional training programme, consisting of up to five full days of training,
held in your office and conducted by one of our trainers to any number of delegates. The
training is designed to ensure you use the system to a professional level, greatly enhancing
your business operation. It will also provide your delegates with up to 35 hours of CPD
(Continual Professional Development). Training days can be purchased as a programme or
individually, either at the time of your system purchase or at any time in the future.

Additional Users
The Standard Package fees (including the Bonus Pack) are for the first user
licence. Unlimited additional user licences can be added to your purchase, with the cost of
extra licences decreasing the higher the tier you purchase.
Support
Support fees apply from month four and usually it makes sense to pay the cost of the fees at the
time you purchase the system, especially if opting for the interest free option. Support provides
regular system and legal updates, unlimited access to a lo-call Support line, with a
three-line support team (based in the UK!) and importantly, free upgrades to new versions of
the software.
