FREE OF CHARGE CLIENT VISIT SUPPORTING BUSINESSES - May 2010

C.A.R.L. have invested in a structured programme of client visits throughout the UK, consisting of two or more hours with a dedicated trainer providing support and guidance as to the best use of their property management system, in order to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
The visits are offered free of charge, providing both tangible and intangible benefits. Using a detailed and structured visit form, trainers will go through the system from beginning to end, to ensure the client is getting the best from the software and making suggestions as to the best use of all the existing and any potential new modules.
The courtesy visits enable clients to pose questions about areas of the system they may be familiar with and are a valuable benefit to all those taking advantage. The form also provides a vehicle for follow-up, so the courtesy doesn’t stop there! Where required, staff at head office will follow up any comments made by either the trainer or client during the visit and address any training issues that may need further attention.
