C.A.R.L. and real estates - February 2010

Real Estates, one of the county's foremost independent letting and estate agents, was established in 1989 by father and son team, Ian and Larry Datson who were subsequently joined by Alec Massey in 1990. Although Real Estates started purely selling property, they now specialise in letting residential property. Real Estates deals with properties in the principal Cornish towns of Redruth, Camborne, Truro, Falmouth, Penryn, Helston and Hayle, also covering all the surrounding villages and hamlets.

Real Estates has been using C.A.R.L software since 1998. Ian Datson MNAEA, Director at Real Estates explains: "Before using C.A.R.L, we used a manual system that took ages to work.
