For the 8th year in a row, C.A.R.L. Communications has held the cost of its licence and support fee to both new and current clients.

In a surprise move, doing the opposite of many companies in the same sector, a CARL spokesperson said 'We are delighted to announce that we have yet again held our licence fee, and believe this clearly demonstrates our ongoing commitment to support all our clients in difficult market conditions.'
