C.A.R.L. provides advance accounts training - March 2010

For the last year C.A.R.L. Communications has recognised an increased desire by the majority of its clients to run their client accounts to an ARLA or RICS standard, in order to comply with ever-increasing regulation and legislative changes.

When not running to such exacting standards, it is often a major challenge to audit then modify client accounts to a level where they meet the criteria. Often there are situations where agents may be running one account for both business and client account transactions, and as a result are unable to neither establish correct balances nor define the ownership of the funds. Or there may be situations where agents have never fully audited their accounts or indeed may be new to property management and thus need professional guidance.

C.A.R.L. Communications now provide Advance Accounts Training to all its clients in order to fully comply with the requirements of HMCR and all major bodies and Associations, thus simplifying the day-to-day operation of the businesses and providing much peace of mind.

This dedicated package provides an accounts specialist (a member of the RICS) for an intensive day on-site with the client, to audit the agent's accounts and provide a plan going forward to ensure the resulting accounts standards are maintained.

With direct contact and scheduled telephone sessions with the specialist for up to six months, clients are confident they will meet all requirements and obtain the assurance required.
