Telephone Training included within package

The first two levels are telephone- and broadband-based, with each lasting one hour. These sessions are provided free of charge by a dedicated trainer when the system is initially purchased by clients and are designed to enable clients to enter the basics of their data, in order to get up and running as quickly as possible. These are designed as ‘taster sessions’.

A follow-up taster session designed to help you begin to enter data onto the system, lasting one hour.

• Review of landlords and properties added
• Enter Starting Details – adding current tenants, basic information, opening balances
