Telephone Training

We understand that finding time for training in such a demanding profession can be difficult. C.A.R.L.’s telephone training allows you the freedom to gain knowledge on a specific area within C.A.R.L. in a short amount of time.

Telephone training is available for a number of modules from adding landlords and properties to the payment process. Each session takes place on a Monday and is allocated in 1-hour time slots and lasts approximately 50 minutes. All clients will be sent an email specifying the available dates and times. Due to the popularity of this service, telephone training will be on a ‘first come first served’ basis. Credit card details will also be taken to confirm the booking.

A letter of confirmation will be sent detailing the time and date of your telephone training. Should you cancel the training without giving 24 hours prior notice, the full amount of £75.00 per session will be deducted from your credit card.
