Training Solutions
When implementing a new system training is essential in order to gain a thorough understanding and maximise all potential benefits. As each client is unique, C.A.R.L. can create a program tailored to meet your exact requirements.
All of our regional trainers have expert knowledge of the software and are equally as knowledgeable of the residential lettings process as well as the laws governing the lettings industry. We pride ourselves on the fact that our trainers are not sales people; many have worked in management roles within the market place and can therefore offer professional lettings advice in addition to excellent training.
Should you require additional training our dedicated training advisors will liaise with yourself and the appropriate regional trainer to arrange a solution designed to meet with your requirements. Training can be provided onsite at your own office in the form of full, advanced and intensive training days, or offsite using telephone and vnc.
Onsite Full Day
Outlines the fundamental function of the system and looks in detail at your own daily use focusing on areas in which you require additional training.
Onsite Advanced Training
This advanced training focuses on C.A.R.L.’s advanced accounting functions, from establishing opening balances through to client account reconciliation using tick back statements.
Onsite Intensive Training
This training is recommended for clients who have working knowledge of the system.
Entering your portfolio can be a discouraging prospect especially when the daily run of the office has to continue. We therefore offer a data entry service where a trained C.A.R.L. employee will input your landlords, properties and tenants. Saving you invaluable time to actually let properties. Ask one of our sales and training team for further information about this service.
Offsite Training
Training is split in to a number off 'bite size' instalments. Each instalment is delivered by an experienced trainer using remote-desktop technology (C.A.R.L. VCN). This allows staff to spend shorter periods of time focused on specific sections within C.A.R.L., spreading the training over a period of days/weeks easing the impact on your business.
Offsite Introductory
Split in to four sessions, introductory training is designed to help you establish your existing portfolio, enter details of contractors and edit the systems documents before you start to use C.A.R.L.
Offsite Intermediate
Split in to four sessions, intermediate training is designed to cover all basic system operations enabling you to add new tenants, generate agreements, enter/track rental payments, run searches and pay landlords/contractors.
